• All prices include GST and prices may be subject to change without notice.
• A shipping and handling fee is charged on all orders and is detailed separately on your invoice.
• If paying by Credit card a credit card processing fee may also be charged. If so this will be detailed separately on your invoice.
• Payment must be in New Zealand Dollars.
• Payment in full of the invoice amount is required before your order will be sent to you.
• Payment may be made by direct credit, internet banking, credit card, cheque or cash.
• In all cases payment details must include your name, Order Number and Order Date.
• We do not guarantee that all items will be in stock. We will advise you if a product ordered cannot be supplied.
• We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving payment.
• We will use an overnight courier to deliver your order to the delivery address detailed on the order.
• RV Products Limited abides by the Fair Trading Act and the Consumer Guarantees Act.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

Minimum Credit Card order is $15-00.
Maximum Credit Card order is $2,500-00.

• You should check your order for any damage immediately upon receipt.
• If any items are damaged, please make a claim directly to the courier company that delivered your order.

A return of any item ordered is subject to:

• All requests for return of items will be considered on a case by case basis.
• Any requests for returns must be made within 10 days of dispatch of your order and include your Invoice Number.
• No credits/refunds will be processed unless the item has been received back by us and is unused and in mint condition.
• Any credit/refund will only extend to the value of the item(s) returned.
